How To Calculate Your Protein Needs

Protein depends on your body weight.

Basic Beginner Formula:

If you train regularly:

Body weight (kg) × 1.6 – 2.2g

Example:

70kg person → 112g–154g protein daily

If you’re not training: You need less.

If you can’t reach this from food alone, whey becomes helpful.
